This year, we’re making our annual women's conference even more special by extending the conference to Friday evening and Saturday morning. It will be a beautiful time of fun, laughter, fellowship, encouragement, and powerful ministry through the Word and the Spirit of God.
Pastor Alison Larkam will be joined by special guest Rev. Cindy Black. With anointed singing, preaching, and teaching, Rev. Cindy brings a message that inspires faith and ignites a passion for God. You will enjoy her humorous style and real-life, relatable stories that help the Word of God come alive in a way that encourages and connects with every woman.

Pastor Alison Larkam is a cheerleader of people—especially our women! She boldly speaks the Word of God, and it is that Word flowing through her will pull you out of defeat and into victory!
Her heart beats for people, especially for women, to see every single person rise up and overcome—to live a beautiful, FUN, and exciting life in Christ, full of the blessing of God!
Pastor Alison carries a powerful anointing to speak life, strength, and victory into every person she encounters. She is the co-pastor of Impact, alongside her husband, Senior Pastor John Larkam. Originally from El Paso, she is a devoted wife, mother of two beautiful daughters, and a vibrant voice in this generation.
